Do you handle membership payments?
Recurring membership billing is your own tool’s job, in an account in your name; we make sure the site explains the options clearly and points people to the right next step.
Can I update the schedule myself?
On Complete, schedule changes fit your plan’s 2 monthly edit requests. On Essential, a schedule change is one edit request: included with your Care Plan (first year included), or $75 without it.
