Essential in full
The mix flexes: Home, services, About, proof and Contact, or Menu, Property, Classes, Projects or Prices when the business needs them. No WordPress, builder or purchased theme.
About thirty minutes of conversation, then Parcha drafts every headline and description. Your photos are cropped and placed; gaps are filled with licensed stock already covered by the price.
Mobile-first layouts, performance-focused lightweight code, page titles and descriptions, supported business and service schema, sitemap, Search Console submission and social preview cards.
Forms are emailed to your configured inbox. Parcha Lab also keeps a sanitized private backup visible only to its authenticated owner, so we can manually deliver the enquiry if there is no inbox or email delivery fails. Also included when needed: one display-only iCal availability calendar using authorized Airbnb, Vrbo or personal feeds you supply. It does not take bookings or payments, and provider refresh timing controls how current it is. Click-to-call, WhatsApp, Google Maps and invisible bot protection come standard.
A domain you bring stays yours at your registrar. When new registration is enabled, the exact person or organization approved in intake is submitted as registrant and becomes the Registered Name Holder only after Cloudflare confirms registration. The registration remains in Parcha Lab’s Cloudflare account, which the holder does not own or control; Parcha manages billing, DNS, renewal and registrar actions as authorized manager. The first year is included and renewal is $20/year from year two. The Stripe charge is scheduled about 60 days before the listed expiry, leaving about 30 days for retries before Cloudflare may charge Parcha Lab up to 30 days before expiry. Basic handoff, including an available account move or authorization/EPP code for a registrar transfer, is free; optional white-glove transfer coordination and DNS-continuity help is $50, and a new domain is generally restricted from transfer to another registrar for 60 days. Care is included for the first year, and anything broken is fixed free for 30 days after launch.
If you do not have a logo, a clean text logotype comes at no charge. A full brand identity or on-site photography is outside the plan and quoted separately.

Visitors reserve dates, tables, appointments, classes or rentals on the site.
Deposits land in a payment account in your name, never routed through Parcha Lab.
One calendar stays current. Two bookings taken through your site cannot claim the same slot; outside platforms sync as often as they allow.

An exact approved FAQ entry can answer instantly; every other on-topic question is answered with AI by our provider, grounded only in your approved business facts. Off-topic questions rest with a WhatsApp handoff, and the Privacy Policy names every chat processor.

The chat rests and shows WhatsApp. It resumes with a fresh 2,000 messages on the first of the next month.

The chat does not ask for personal details. Accepted prompts, the exact responses returned and limited outcome metadata are encrypted without direct identifier fields and removed from the active database within 90 days. The message text itself is sent to our AI provider to generate the answer; the Privacy Policy names that company.
It does not schedule, take bookings or provide professional advice, and it is held to your approved facts. AI answers can still be wrong, so check anything that matters. Unknown or sensitive questions rest.
Questions your approved facts do not cover go to the business’s WhatsApp instead of being guessed at.
Payment order
Viewing a design never selects it. Only Choose this design, confirmation, and Submit my choice record your choice. After that, the agreement and 50% deposit open the full build. Payment never counts as final approval: you approve the exact current version inside your private review, and the balance is due then or no later than 30 days after the full draft arrives. Launch enters the queue only after both explicit approval and settled final payment. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay run through Stripe with receipts.
