Static pages cost almost nothing to keep online, so Parcha Lab does not charge monthly for static hosting. Separate recurring charges apply only to a service being actively run: Complete’s engines, the AI Chat add-on, Care Plan edits, or a managed-domain renewal from year two.

If you need a new domain, its first year is included; after that it renews at $20/year, tax included. That Stripe charge is scheduled about 60 days before the listed expiry, leaving about 30 days for retries before Cloudflare may charge Parcha Lab up to 30 days before expiry. A domain you already own stays at your registrar. Business email inboxes are separate, about $7 per user monthly and paid to that provider. Also outside both plans: full online stores with carts and checkout, customer accounts, member logins, on-site photography, a full brand identity, ongoing SEO or advertising campaigns, and pages beyond the plan count. Those are quoted before money moves.

Nothing to compare three homepage designs in one private, limited sample before you buy. Viewing does not select one. Only “Choose this design,” its confirmation and “Submit my choice” record your choice. You then pay 50% to have Parcha build the rest: $247.50 on Essential or $397.50 on Complete. The balance is due at approval and no later than 30 days after the full draft arrives. Paying the balance does not approve a design: you approve the exact current version in your private review. Launch is queued only after that explicit approval and the matching settled balance. Stripe handles cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay with receipts.

One consolidated batch of feedback with as many notes as you need in it. Essential includes 1 and Complete includes 2. The limited sample stage does not count. Send the included batch within 30 days after full-draft delivery; the included round closes then, but silence never approves the design.

One edit request is a consolidated batch touching up to 2 existing pages and taking up to 30 minutes. With Care: 1 request a month, one-week turnaround, extra requests $35. Complete includes 2 monthly requests. Without a plan: $75 per request with a two-week turnaround. New pages, features and redesigns are always quoted first.

One managed edit request each month, priority handling and an annual freshness check. Essential includes the first year. After that it continues at $99/year or $15/month unless canceled, with reminder emails before a charge. Canceling never affects the website.

Neither. It stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and customer cancellation normally does not refund that period. During the included first year nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund. The narrow exception is if Parcha cannot deliver a prepaid recurring service through its paid period; then the undelivered remainder is refunded proportionally.

It keeps answering through a 500-message grace while Parcha emails an optional link for 500 more messages at $10. Then it rests and shows the business WhatsApp. No overage is automatic. Accepted prompts and the exact answers or resting responses returned are encrypted in Parcha One without direct identifier fields and removed from the active database within 90 days. To generate AI answers, message text is processed by our AI provider, which the Privacy Policy names.
