Questions, up front
The questions people actually ask.
How can Essential be one price when others charge every month?
Because static pages cost almost nothing to keep online, so we don't charge you monthly to keep yours there. Builders charge every month because the site only exists while you keep paying. Here, a monthly fee only ever buys something we actively run for you: Complete's live engines, the AI chat, or the Care Plan's managed edits.
What's not included?
Your domain (about $10 to $20 a year, paid to your registrar, in your name) and business email inboxes (about $7 per user a month, paid to the provider) are accounts in your name, not ours. Also outside both plans: online stores with carts and checkout, customer accounts or member logins on your site, a photographer on site, a full brand identity, ongoing SEO or ad campaigns, and pages beyond your plan count. Each of those we scope and quote honestly before any money moves.
When do I pay?
Nothing to see your homepage. 50% when you tell us to build ($247.50 on Essential, $397.50 on Complete). The balance when you approve the finished site, and no later than 30 days after your full draft arrives; we launch once it's paid. Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe, with automatic receipts, and anything recurring is a normal card subscription you cancel yourself, anytime: it then runs to the end of the period you already paid for, which is not refunded.
What if I don't like the design?
You see a homepage preview before paying anything: a real design, not a wireframe. If it's wrong, you owe nothing and we part friends.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is yours, always, registered in your name. The site itself is our work: we design it, write it, build it, and run it for you. If the arrangement ever ends, for any reason, you receive a complete copy of your site's published files plus your original photos and logo, and on Complete your booking data already lives in your own accounts.
What do changes cost after the site is live?
An edit request is one batch of content updates touching up to 2 pages and taking up to 30 minutes of our work, sent digitally; anything bigger is quoted before we start. With the Care Plan (first year included on Essential): 1 request a month included, back within 1 week, and extra requests are $35 each. Complete's engine service includes 2 requests a month. Without any plan: $75 per request, back within 2 weeks. New pages, new features, and redesigns are always quoted first.
What's the Care Plan?
A managed content edit each month (1 request a month, extra requests $35 each), priority handling (1 week instead of 2), and an annual freshness check. Your first year comes included with Essential; after that it continues at $129/year (or $15/month if you prefer) unless you cancel, we email you before any charge, and canceling never affects your website.
If I cancel the Care Plan, do I lose it that day, and do I get money back?
Neither. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. On the yearly billing that means the rest of that year; on the monthly billing, the rest of that month. You keep your monthly edit request right through to the last day, and then it simply stops with no further charge. Cancel during your included first year and there is nothing to refund either way, because nothing was ever charged.
What happens if the AI chat uses all 2,000 messages in a month?
It keeps answering through a short 500-message grace while we email you a link to add 500 more messages for $10. After the grace it rests, and visitors see a polite note pointing them to your WhatsApp, so nobody hits a dead end. Nothing is charged unless you tap that link and pay it: we never auto-bill extra messages and there is no overage. Do nothing and the chat rests until your included 2,000 come back on the 1st, at no cost. Messages you buy apply to that month only.
What's a revision round?
One consolidated batch of feedback, as many notes as you want in it. Essential has 1, Complete has 2, and the free homepage stage doesn't count against them. Your round doesn't expire: send it late and we still apply it.
Is hosting really free?
On Essential, yes: your site runs on our infrastructure at no monthly charge, and your only recurring cost is your domain. On Complete, static hosting is equally free: the $49/month is for the live engines we run for you, not for the pages. That is the whole reason Complete has a monthly fee and Essential has none.
Can my site be in Spanish?
Essential: English or Spanish, your pick, or both for a flat $100. Complete: both, standard. Either way, every page is written in both languages and reviewed before publishing, as real separate pages search engines can index, not a translate button.
When does Complete launch?
It's coming soon: the engines (booking, payments, scheduling) are being finished properly rather than shipped broken. Join the interest list and you'll hear first.
I'm on Wix / Squarespace / GoDaddy. Is switching painful?
No, and your site never goes down mid-move. We launch your new site first, verify it live, and only then do you cancel the builder plan. Your domain stays registered in your name the whole time; only its pointing changes. We also check your email setup before touching anything so nothing breaks silently.
What if Parcha Lab disappears?
Your domain is already in your name, so nobody can take it. You'd receive a complete copy of your site's published files with a simple guide to put it on a free host in an afternoon, with written notice (60 days for engine sites, 30 for the rest) and a refund of anything prepaid and unused.
