Questions your industry asks
How do menu changes work?
You send it, we publish it: no software to learn, no password to keep. On Complete, menu changes fit the engine service's 2 edit requests a month; on Essential with the Care Plan, your monthly edit request covers them, and either way they go live within a week. A whole new menu retyped from scratch is bigger than one request, so we quote it before we start. Without a plan, a menu update is $75 and live within 2 weeks. The printable QR pack points at the same menu page, so the codes on your tables never change.
Do you do online ordering?
Full carts and checkout are honestly outside both plans. A reservations engine and a menu with payment links fit inside Complete; if you need true online ordering we say so on the first call and point you the right way.
Can the site be in English and Spanish?
Yes. On Essential both languages are a flat $100 more; on Complete it’s standard. Every page is written in both languages and reviewed before publishing.
