Website maintenance
Keep finished pages accurate without renting the website.
Hours change. Staff changes. Photos and prices change. The Care Plan gives Essential customers a defined way to send ordinary content updates after launch, while the website itself stays online whether the plan continues or not.
What you need to know.
Parcha Lab website maintenance is available through the Care Plan for Essential websites. It includes one content-edit request per month, priority one-week handling and an annual freshness check. The first year is included once per business with Essential; after that Care costs $15 per month or $99 per year. Canceling Care does not take the website offline.
A content-edit request has a clear boundary.
One request is one consolidated batch of digital content updates to pages Parcha Lab already built, touching up to two pages and taking up to 30 minutes of work. Several small corrections in one message can still be one request when they fit that boundary.
Typical examples include changing hours, prices, menu items, staff names, existing text or photos. Sending the full batch together helps us treat the update consistently across desktop, phone and both languages when applicable.
Care is for keeping a finished site current.
One request per month
The monthly allowance covers one defined content-edit request and does not roll over or borrow from a future month.
Priority handling
Care requests target a one-week turnaround, compared with two weeks for an individual request without a plan.
Annual freshness check
Once a year, we review the finished site for information that appears stale and flag what needs the owner’s decision.
Extra requests
Additional requests while Care is active cost $35 each and begin only after the separate payment link is paid.
Website stays online
Canceling Care ends the maintenance service at the end of the applicable period. It does not remove the static website pages.
New work is quoted before it starts.
New pages, new sections, new features, design changes and integrations are not content-edit requests. A full menu retype, major rewrite or accumulated series of changes may also exceed the 30-minute boundary.
When a request is larger, we explain why and quote it before doing the work. Nothing is automatically billed because a message arrived, and the maintenance plan is not a way to build a second site in monthly pieces.
You can still request an update.
An Essential customer without an active Care Plan can buy a defined content-edit request for $75 with a two-week turnaround. The price and timeline are known before the work begins.
Care is valuable when ordinary updates happen regularly or when a shorter turnaround matters. It is optional, and canceling it never changes the hosting status of the finished static pages.
One business fact should not split into two versions.
For a bilingual website, a price, hour, service or policy change may affect both English and Spanish pages. The update should be reviewed as a pair so customers do not receive conflicting information depending on language.
Translation approval still applies. Machine-drafted Spanish cannot be published to a launched site without human review, even when the English correction is small or urgent.
First year included, then choose monthly or annual billing.
Care is included for the first year once per business with Essential. After the included year it costs $99 per year or $15 per month. Reminders are sent before the annual charge, and canceling never affects the website itself.
$99 yearly
One annual payment for the ongoing Care service after the included first year.
$15 monthly
The same Care Plan billed month to month.
$35 extra request
Additional defined requests while the plan is active, paid separately before work starts.
Know the boundary before subscribing.
What is included in one website edit request?
One consolidated digital batch of content updates to pages Parcha Lab already built, touching up to two pages and taking up to 30 minutes of work. It can include several small text, price, hour, staff or photo changes.
Do unused monthly requests roll over?
No. One request is available per calendar month while Care is active. A quiet month does not create extra requests later, and a future month cannot be borrowed early.
What happens if I cancel website maintenance?
Care continues through the applicable paid or included period and then stops. Your static website pages remain online; the maintenance subscription is not website rent.
Can the Care Plan add a new page or redesign my site?
No. New pages, new sections, features, design changes and integrations are quoted separately before any work begins.
Keep it current
Choose maintenance without tying it to hosting.
If you already have a Parcha Lab site, send the exact updates you need. If you are planning a new Essential site, the first Care year is included.
